Lots of options as is typical with small to medium doublets. The anchor is still an asset since Blue doesn't yet know the direction of this game, so even though 21/15* gains a lot of pips in the race, maybe that's not going fit the GP. Hitting both is an option, however. (Coming away with no new points after this great building roll seems a bit hollow....)
If I'm not hitting two then 10/4* with either 6/3(2) or 8/5(2) look like the best options. The former maintains better diversification but the latter makes the better point, so those look close.
I see some non-hitting plays as well, making the 10-, 5-, and slotting the 3-pt for example. Those do seem to give White chances to consolidate, though.
Noting that White's {44,33,22} are likely all at least very good rolls, if not jokers for most of Blue's candidates, I don't think choosing a candidate based upon fear of those makes much sense.
After all this contemplation I've talked myself into the double hit. Except for the jokers, Blue should land on his feet regardless of White's roll, and with 10 checkers in the zone already, short of getting hit on his 4-pt the blitz is certainly a major contender for GP.
