I don't like too many points (TMP) and I don't like points 6-apart (which Blue already has done once). I also don't like having a big race lead with a 6's blocked anchor. All of those rules out the rote(?) 25/23, 13/10. After 25/22 it's either 13/11 or 10/8. Four blots looks like too many, so...

25/22, 10/8.
