Position of the Day 08-29-26

I count 8 rolls that leave a direct shot and 2 that leave indirects -- call that 9 directs. Meanwhile several other rolls play awkwardly. I don't seen any knockout rolls for Blue. The Take looks easy.

Gammon (win) threats are present for Blue, but White also can win some of those. White's position could be better but with the barpoint slotted she's in decent shape to make that, besides getting checkers in position to make the 4-pt. I'm waiting another roll to see if things improve.
