If there's a sensical way to play the 5 besides 13/8 I'm not seeing it.

The big question I see is whether or not to split. White has 14 numbers to make her 5-pt (assuming she keeps her 7-pt) -- the main goal. If Blue is on the 22-pt then some of those leave a blot on White's 9-pt. The big downside of splitting appears to be White's {33,55}. White's 63 will be duped making {53,65} the unduplicated PoH rolls (ignoring {22,44}). I think it's worth taking the chance.
