Sometimes in these types of positions I get too anxious moving the back checker, but here that may still be worthwhile. I also dislike points 6-apart. However, even though White's 4's are duplicated, 13/11 makes sense with a blot on the 4-pt remaining uncovered. So 13/11 and then either 24/21 or 8/5. The former has an added bonus that it makes 6's (and 5's) easier to play next turn or two. But that heavy 8-pt stack is screaming to be unloaded.

The action appears to be on Blue's side for now which pushes me towards diversifying that bloated stack some:

13/11, 8/5.
