Small doublets usually create a lot of reasonable candidates. Maybe not so many here, though.

Looking at partial plays, 24/22(2), 6/4(2), 13/11(2) all have something going for them. 3/1*(2)? I don't think so. Then one should always give a cursory look at plays which don't move two in unison. None of those jump out at me.

White is well placed to improve her homeboard soon. That makes 24/22(2) look almost mandatory. Then strengthening the homeboard gets my attention more than doing similarly to the outer board.

I suppose giving a bit of thought to making the 4- and 11-pts should is worthwhile, which goes against my "...almost mandatory..." comment above. Maybe if the race were well against Blue, but not my choice here.
