Position of the Day 10-11-26

The timing for the 24-23 backgame is still insufficient even after Blue plays these 16 pips. However, if White can make the 23-pt and Blue is forced to hit on his 17-pt, (back)game on.
Let's say we hold the prime with 15/3 8/4. White wants a five and also an ace (probably prioritzed in opposite order). If she doesn't get both then either the attack on the 23-pt or jump out, with a few Blue rolls (e.g. another 44) not so great.
I can't imagine I'd make the shifting 6/2*(2) OtB but this is a quiz so no harm in considering it seriously. White will be happy with any of {6x,15,11}. {12,13,14} are OK and the remainder are fans (nicht so gut). Blue's remaking that point may not be easy, but how bad does he need it?
I'm reminded of a Robertie-ism "one of the nice things about a 6-prime is that when it breaks it's still a strong 5-prime." And while we're quoting, how about Woolsey's "a fool and his 6-pt are soon parted." Hard to go against two hall-of-famers.
15/3, 8/4.
