Find a bank that gets huge amounts of cash deposits, it ought not to be that difficult in Las Vegas.

Find an employee (pretty much has to be management I'd say) of that bank who will count and swap your cash with $1 million of a cash deposit of another customer.

After the banker gives you your clean money (minus his cut), kill the banker, erasing evidence of your part in the scheme.

What, you won't want to become a murderer? Ok, I'll put my thinking cap back on to try to come up with something less messy and less immoral.
