The OLM is right here on the forum. (Read down a few threads to see some recent problems.) Stick only posts problems he finds interesting so it can go several moves between votes, often crossing over into a new game. (He does have a URL for every move of the match -- he posts that URL every few days.)

Oh, and a day or two can go by without a vote, depending upon what Stick's nightlife has been like.
