What about Japan?(Michy,Mochy=ultra strong),where they will play? Kostadinov is bulgarian,mean Europe:) Definately will be very interesting,but i doubt will be reality one day.The EU team u mention is too "old in time",3 of them don't play anymore,other are not that strong,look like top 10 before 5,6 years; OF course tardieu,Sander,falafel are always on the top,Jon Royset is great,Steen and PJT are still very strong,even PJT does not play too much.Dirk and Serge did not play anything except in Bahamas.I would add Bracconi,Jonas... if the old guns are in-Levermann,Grandell For USA: Bob W.,Nack,Neil,Kit,NAZ,Steve,O'Hagan,Stuart T.,Malcolm D., and definately i forget about some from EU and USA
