Regarding "accumulation of time".

On Play65 'fast' there is 90 seconds per game beyond the buffer. It does not matter if you use the 90 seconds or not, the next game is only 90 seconds also.

In ABT and European play the 2 or 2.5 minutes per point is assigned to the entire match, thus cumulative. So, as an example, you may never use anything beyond the buffer in an 11 point match till the last game and then have 22 minutes to play with, if necessary.
