Suspicious Play65 Participant?

There used to be a guy on FIBS with an extremely high rating. I'm 99.9% certain he was using a bot. The red flag was that on very many moves, even some routine or else "matter-of-style" moves, he would take a long time. The thing was that the long time was invariably very close to 25 seconds, which I took to be the time, as fast as he could do it, to enter the move on the other screen and get the evaluation. If he had been "really" thinking about the moves, the time taken would have varied over a much wider range.
