You've got me stumped. I see only three legal plays and one looks like a 'next'. (But unlike some, I know better than to ever give a position this title.) Presumably you feel it's close on the decision of whether to leave a stripped 3-point and four high or a spare on the 3-point and three high (but one less checker off).

I taught my beginners class last week to take off as many checkers as you can as long as you don't volunteer an immediate shot. Better practice what I preach.
