it sounds like some history here.

a TD that bars someone without good cause is only biting the hand that feeds them.

there are ways to resolve conflict without making enemies --- usually not in a public forum.

I would urge the "bigger person" to make the first step and the other to accept and try to come to some understanding. our "community" is already small enough without deliberately making it smaller.
