I wouldn't think of redoubling for money (it may be initial double only, but I'm not even sure about that), so I wouldn't redouble here. The cube certainly comes back on the three double-misses (pass) as well as on 21 (take) and very likely 11 and 31 (when Blue is in the redoubling window and may easily lose market).
