True, on the scheduling. The clocks would be a definite advantage on the traditional progressive bracket tournaments. A Swiss tourney on clocks would have to work much as it does now. Estimate the starting times, but, effectively, no round can begin until the previous round is completed. But I think, overall, it would still be faster.
