Clock Play Rules breaks

Interesting question, Mike...perhaps there should be a schedule of how many breaks are allowed based on match length. What is the longest match length in tournament play? Aren't the finals in Monte Carlo something like 21 or 25 pts? Do they have specific rules as to how many breaks are allowed? If so I'd use their allotment as the high end, and, say, 1 break for 5 pt match, (does a 3 pt. match need a break?), and try to work out some sort of schedule for the in-between match lengths.

And maybe 5 minutes should be upped to 7 or more. Let's face it, 5 minutes is barely enough time to smoke one cigarette, let alone take care of any other business that is necessary during a break.
