In Response To: BARRED FROM FLORIDA (Matt Cohn-Geier)

I would have said the particulars of how the bye is chosen was beyond the scope of my system. In the lack of a predetermined system what is the default? Well in the consolation the byes were randomly drawn. Shouldn't do anything out of the ordinary unless it was announced and written down in advance.

The method used is good but only if it was known to be done that way in advance. But did the players all agree or was it forced on any one of them?
