I make the 4-point, even at this score.
Now Blue has the better board, coverage of all four quadrants, a small race lead.
24/20, 13/11 certainly seems OK (and would be my play at GS). But to me it looks like a play one would make to protect a (game) lead when there isn't a lot of game lead to protect. Making the 4-point is both progressive and threatening. White's builders/attackers are all stacked on two points making the blots in White's homeboard not particularly at risk. PoH plays leave flyshots. Loose hits are welcome to Blue because of his/her better homeboard strength.
There is certainly some incentive at this score to anchor up, but not as much as at GS/GG (where trailer gets full advantage of the doubled gammon). Here I don't think it's enough to swing my $-game choice to my GS choice.
