In Response To: Clocks (Chuck Bower)

Now I see some people asking for a two-part implementation of A) "clocks allowed" being the tournament rule and B) clock fanatics bringing their own clocks and then applying the "clocks allowed" rule consistently.

I'm definitely in favor of this if directors will oblige. If both players don't want to use clocks, they don't have to.
