Have you rolled out 54S, 66P, 31 and 54S, 66P, 42 yet?

I doubt there's a need, make the anchor in both instances my studies say. The 31U was merely for understanding the position & positions like it, the only time you might see 31U is playing the Kill Phil variant where you aren't allowed to make a point with your opening roll (or run with a 65 I believe, I'd have to double check these rules)
