Why the difference in S,G,B breakdowns?

In Response To: GNU 4 ply if = vs if 100 ELO better (neilkaz)

I realize it's not enough to be relevant for your argument, but I'm surprised the breakdowns are this much different. (E.g. look at gammon wins for Blue for the two 4-ply evals.) I would have thought they would be identical. Anyone have an explanation?
