Containment 41..which is right ? Is Neil right ?

The distribution is pretty stiff if you make the bar, but that would be my play. The problem is if White pops out with something, now you've got less shots at him and only a gappy two point board, but he's only got 25 and 26 to pop out instead of 43, 44, 45, 46 the other way. I'd still make the bar.
