I hold, but I likely would hold for $, and QF tells me you wouldn't bother posting this if it weren't a $ double. White's position is getting brittle, but he still has a better HB by two points and a hit (by itself) doesn't give Blue a big race lead. Good position for a hand RO (at least for me).
