I am proposing a straight up bet, as far as I understand that term. Feel free to articulate it more clearly if you like.

If there were a way to make if feasible, I would be even happier to bet that Obama is not a Socialist. That's just name-calling.

(Example way: we agree on N people that we both trust as fair arbiters. These N arbiters survey M people who they believe could informedly answer the proposition "Barack Obama is a Socialist. True or False?" Majority wins. There would probably need to be more details, which is why this isn't feasible. But anyway, I don't think this bet is close. Socialist/Marxist is even less close. You're just ranting.)
