I thought this was (part of) what was meant by

(More specifically, I win if a Democrat gets inaugurated as the 43rd president of the U.S. You win if it's a Republican. Anything else is a wash.)

but I could be wrong. You can feel free to clarify, if you like, since David doesn't seem to want to post on it anymore.
