Internationally, again, as long as people and states conform to civil, decent, respectful conduct, I likely have no problem with them. When they start spouting off about our country, our election, etc. we may run into difficulties. We, as any country, should have our own interests as our foremost concern. If you threaten or interfere with those interests I take exception.

And if your "formost concerns" are in contrast to acting "civil, decent, respectful conduct"? Or is the latter only a guideline for the other countries?
