What are Stick & Neil's "Batting Averages"?

Are there specific games/sports that you allow or disallow? How many must you be good at? How many are you allowed to be bad at?

Historically I like Babe Didrikson, Bo Jackson, and Jim Thorpe, for starters. In mind-games, Ozzie Jacoby. I'd put all in the 300's in more than one game/sport.
