GNU 2/2 ply vs. 3/2 ply

It's easier to make a comparison as to whether 2 ply or 3 ply plays the opening moves if you trust the 2 ply rollouts. I've already done this at some point, noting how much equity each ply gave up on the opening two moves but I doubt I could find the .doc, it's been a while.
