My first tournament was 2 years ago in the novice. I was soooo bored. I also lost. Play intermediate. I was bored and lost there too, but it wasn't as bad as novice.

Don't worry about the board, you can generally find one from your opponent or a friend. Do not use your board if you don't have precision dice. Precision dice are cut so as to fall randomly.
