I will be posting here about draw sheet issues and flow etc. I will also be contacting the Madison staff to see if they will go for my idea for next year's Labor Day Swiss which is to play 11 rounds, kicking out all with 4 losses just like now and then all who are 8-3 or better get a prize while all (likely one or two players with this typical 45-60 player size play down for 1st place until only one of them has 2 or fewer losses). Trust me that this works about usually in a field of 50, 6 players get a prize and there's no conso as the 8-3's essentially share conso.
