Why Are TD's So Resistant?

In Response To: Why Are TD's So Resistant? (neilkaz)

This is an interesting suggestion but as has been noted, I think, it has some unintuitive consequences. For example if you are at DMP-equivalent and have more than 2 points to go it is advantageous to run out of time.
