I guess I confused some when I called this a 'prop'. It was an Over/Under where Neil&Bob set the number at 1/3000 (or 333/million). Some people were tossing around words like 'never'. I don't know how many voicing opinions were 100% sober. I wasn't (but I kept quiet -- well, until Stick started the RO -- then I hassled him for being impatient when it looked like 100k trials was going to take a bit longer than 2 minutes!)

Stick's RO said 157/million, so the book price was high by very close to a factor of 2, costing Bob and Neil a c-note each (paying off Stick and Rory, I believe).
