While we are on this subject, Rory Pascar went up to get a clock for our consolation match. I think he thought he was going to gain a psychological advantage or something. So, I waited by my board for at least 15 minutes because RORY could not understand the contraption he intended to use to his great advantage against me! How stupid is that??? Linda had the instruction booklet out reading the intstructions to him. Rory seems oblivious to the fact that everything he does seems to just irritate people to the max. Even listening to his IPOD, like his hero Stick, because he felt a need to rock his head back and forth exaggeratedly and hum to it... JEEZ. I lost 4-9 or something, what a great experience... I guess Rory was right, huh? (!)

I wonder now why I was not consulted about whether or not a clock was warranted or even advisable when I am told that others who asked for clocks were refused for such reasons as the match was not behind schedule or whatever. Random enforcement without consultation sort of sucks, don't you think??
