Yes, we can and should. I raised the question of this a couple weeks back. It is unfair to expect the aged and handicapped to be able to perform as fast as everyone else. Concessions must be made, or you are just being prejudiced against the aged and handicapped. One day, you may even become aged (or handicapped).
When BG has enough numbers to be able to run an independant "Seniors ABT" tour, then fair enough, or when we can do a "Special Olympics" style series of tournaments, then all contenders get the same concessions.
