Just change the TC to 2/15 and get it over with

This won't make matches go much slower than they do at 2/12 and will allow for our aging population to shake the dice, take a 2nd look and what was rolled and play their intended move in a more leisurely manner.

Players will be less reluctant to accept the clock at 2/15 than at 2/12 IMHO
