Just change the TC to 2/15 and get it over with

One thing I have noticed is with these Bronstein TCs and longer delays, the TCs seem to be shorter as the match length decreases. Again, I would need to play many more matches than I actually will in the next year to get a better feel for this, but here are my observations so far:

In a 5-point match, 2/12 is somewhat speedy. In a one-point match, 2/12 is pretty fast (probably was necessary in Madison to keep the one-pointers from dragging, though). A two-point quickie is more or less equivalent to a one-point match but it's clocked at 4/12. In an 11-point match, 2/12 seems normal. 2/15, by contrast, seems fairly slow in an 11-point match. But I think I would favor 2/15, which is probably about normal in a 5-point match.
