Good point, I hadn't even thought about the Calcutta implications.

The sentiment I was trying to get across in my post was that while my initial impulse was to assume this guy was a jag off for taking the win in this manner because it wasn't "noble" I decided to reserve judgment since I didn't know the situation.

And that's when I hadn't even thought about Calcutta. There are third parties who can be adversely affected. Now I'm the jag off for thinking this guy was a jag off.
