5.1 is a faulty rule to me with regards to a single game concession. A player may be gin to get off a gammon but only if played correctly. I had an opponent lose a gammon at Peoria when it was gin to run off it for instance. What if that player had claimed no gammon? I need to summon the director, while the opponent gets to wonder why? And then if the director says to roll it out the opponent knows there may be something more to the position than expected?

It should be revised so that a single loss can be conceded only if there is a checker borne off.
