In Response To: Why Are TD's So Resistant? (Matt Cohn-Geier)

Matt, I agree with this - many chess players are anal retentive about how quiet it must be in the room, and the percentage of nerds in chess is much higher than in BG. Although even clocked BG tournaments will be more relaxed and social than a chess tournament, I think they will need to become significantly quieter than they are now, and there will be more complaints about noise from players in time pressure.
