Should the breaks be timed?

I'm not saying it doesn't happen (often at that) but if it's a big enough stick in your craw to bitch about it publicly why don't you say something to your opponent when they get up for their break? Simple as "Back in 5 minutes right?" I never care how long someone takes on their break in my matches because my matches, at least to my knowledge, have never held up a tournament and it doesn't bother me in the least if someone is gone 1 minute or 15, I like watching other matches or listening to my ipod.

I'm also sure all players would understand and allow more than one break for ppl who need to go to the bathroom, grab something to eat or drink, whatever. I doubt if you took your 5 minute break, then between games said you needed to use the restroom, your opponent said "I'm sorry, you've had your 5 minute break." and you called the TD over, I imagine he'd let you take a piss and tell the other person to shove it, at least I'd hope. The rule is likely in place to keep Rory from taking smoke breaks or Carter taking phone calls.
