Clocks Allowed Definition

Maybe it's just me, but my definition of the word "Allowed" would mean that clock usage is ok if BOTH players agree. Since most tournament players don't participate in this or similar forums, and don't read the fine print, such as the ABT Tournament and Clock Rules, I hope that TDs would spell out in their information the Clock policy. Otherwise you're going to have some angry players who didn't realize that their opponent could request a clock and they had to live with it.

While I don't want to try to agree with everybody, I want to minimize the number of players that I "piss off" so that they continue to participate in live tournaments. I don't think we have enough players that we can afford to lose a group over an issue such as this.
