Yes, this is not a ready format but just some vague ideas of how it migth work. Obviously this format would have needed a lot of testing and modifications before it was ready for a bigger tournament.

It is quite likely that it will not work for the reasons that other have stated.

But for a small, friendly tournament it could be used. And maybee somebody else uses this post as an idea to find another tournament format.
