Clock Petition - flagging

In Response To: Clock Petition - flagging (Bob Koca)

The rules are absolutely clear on this, as they should be--flagging loses the match. If you are a player and don't want to call your opponent's flag, that's OK I think (although uncommon), but I don't think anyone can reasonably hold it against you if you do.
