In Response To: Ten Things I Hate About the BG Experience (Barry Silliman)

OK Barry - no offense taken and hope I didn't sound too defensive. It is very interesting that a player as strong as Kit only expected to win 60% of his matches. There certainly is more luck to the outcome of a match than I would have guessed when I first started playing BG seriously. I agree that it adds a lot to the interest for intermediates, as there is always hope of winning against even the strongest players. If I was one of those strongest players, though, I would find it galling to get beaten by fish - as Stick does.
