I would allow Directors discretion especially, for new players.... (Harvey)

That's status quo. (Jason)

I disagree. Harvey didn't state the form of discretion and furthermore, he said specifically "new players".

We need unity and cooperation, not nitpicking and sniping. Otherwise the real status quo of clocks selectively being implemented only after the tournament is already delayed will be the future.
