a couple of thoughts

My profession, actuarial science (the activity where I actually turn a profit) makes intensive use of modeling. The modeling can be used for decision making as well as evaluation. For example, it can assist in the setting of interest rates under various conditions of aniticipated policyholder behavior and financial market conditions. I think it has a lot of similarities to your product. If it would be any help to you to discuss this further offline, I would be happy to do so when I return from Las Vegas.
I think another field which has a lot of similarities to your product is the military and / or war gaming. I don't know anything about what is being done in these fields. But, I am sure they are using stochastic models.
I believe you are marketing Zeus as a front end, decision making tool. Have you given any thought to marketing it as a back end evaluation tool? You could use it similar to a Snowie or GNU analysis of a match. This would allow you to retain control of the software and sell the product (evaluation of a single game as a service bureau) at a much lower cost. Without the large initial cost, you might find some interested parties, get your foot in the door, impress them with Zeus' capabilities and make some front end sales down the road.
