You know, one thing that could be done a bit differently with the buybacks is when to start them. Particularly if you're fairly certain of selling them all out you might wait and have a single blind draw for all of them and have them all played the first evening. Howard draws and starts the matches (or at least he has in the past) every time four have signed up. So, if I wander up and see that Neil, Kit, and O'Hagan have signed up I might just wait a bit to decide to sign up. Or, if my best buddy and I decide to re-enter at the same time, we can stagger our rebuys to ensure we don't draw each up. So, there's room for a bit of chicanery and gamesmanship. Then, ultimately, I think it is a complete redraw for the 64 bracket.
