Gammonsite Dice

How would one write a program that gives "better" dice to certain players?
This wouldn't be hard. You do an evaluation of the position after each of the 36 rolls. Then, instead of distributing the rolls equally, you give higher probability to the rolls that favor the player.
But just because it's not hard to do doesn't mean it is true. All backgammon servers have had similar complaints. It goes more to show that people tend to believe what they want to believe -- that they win because of skill and lose because of bad luck. Nothing new here. In fact, it's probably a contributor to backgammon's popularity.
