Mislav: Or in other words, many players can reach world class level, for example 3.8, if they are very diligent in study and play many years, but never can reach average 3.2 or 2.8 or even more (which will be case these days or in near future) just because don't have capabilities for that (do necessary match in clocked march or remember all those reference positions etc).
